I used to absolutely love Parcel Panel but they are experiencing huge technical issues that have cost us a lot of money. They tracking is completely off due to the increase of the holidays which 100% not their fault. That being said as someone coming from a programming background there are multiple workarounds that they could easily have done to resolve these issues. The software is not tracking properly for USPS as it currently sits and will only cause massive frustration for your customers it’s best they see the actually tracking info provided by USPS itself than rely on Parcel Panels API data.

Amazing service from the support team regarding some extra advice I needed on the app. also could I recommend that the app offers the option to print out bulk shipping labels.

Very bad tracking app that do not track order correctly, It does not update tracking on my order with Colis Privé and the support is very bad and will not help you.

I’ve only just installed ParcelPanel, but I’m really impressed so far! The setup process was straightforward and hassle-free, which is always a bonus. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service – super helpful and quick to respond. Looking forward to seeing how it performs in the long run, but initial impressions are fantastic!

So far it is pretty good. I have run into some issues though. Tracking will not always be 100% accurate and there is no way to manually change this. I have had the app installed about 2 weeks and have had 5 chats regarding updating the tracking numbers all taking 1-2 days.

I hope they implement a manual change soon as i waste more time on the chat fixing the issue than it would take me to manually do.

So for now it gets a 3 star. ill update again later if improved.

Donna is sooo kind and helpful! I spent hours trying to figure everything out by myself but she helped me with everything in just a few minutes!
