App works great. But it sometimes misleads tracking number with wrong carrier. I had to ask contact support every time to correct them. I hope there is a feature that store end can revise carrier by ourselves. Other than that, customer support was fast enough and always solve my issues. Thank you for your help.

Had a few issues with Royal Mail Uk tracking. support were responsive and the issue seems to have been fixed

apart from that the app has been great and has a good feature set which helps with customer satisfaction

Ha sido la única persona que fue capaz de darse el tiempo para encontrar la razón de porqué no había podido rastrear mis pedidos. I love this app because it is very simple and ease to use.

It has so many carrier partners included in its basic plan.

I just want the main thing to manually update the courier partner whom the app shows is different from the original one.
