I have used parcel panel for almost 3 years now and i've never even thought about using a different company. Their support responds almost instantly and they give out so many free upgrades to people it's great. As someone who has done over $400k in sales I can safely say Parcel Panel is GREAT for anyone looking to provide seamless tracking to their customers.
Very friendly support and customer service app! They did some custom coding for me because I couldnt find how to do it.

Lexie is super patient and helpful! An update removed my settings which is frustrating but things happen and I trust it will get sorted.

Good communication and very nice App for tracking.
I am really enjoying the Email Service and to be able to track all the Orders.
