Awesome Customer Service, a good app with the intention to be there for a user!
The interface can bit a bit complicated but there is a series of instructions to follow, so don't get discouraged.

Customer service is perfect, especially Kath.
This app saves me a lot of questions from customers. Clear overview to follow parcels. Also nice that I can customize like I want it to look.

I've tried several tracking apps and this one seems to be the most flexible in regards to what you want displayed to the customer. It's been easy to use and the support team has been quick to reply and help answer questions and make adjustments as needed.
