Parcel Panel Order Tracking

Easy to use, reliable, all the essential features. Pricing is convenient. Personalisation is good too. But as a Shopify app, I would have like to be able to include a link in the additional text... But still, I recommend it.

The app is working great. I love it . Elly is really helpful. Customer service is excellent. I would recommend it.

As of today Feb 26, 2022, I keep making changes to tailor Parcel Panel Order for the demanding Japanese consumer here in Japan.
Competition is also very strong in the field of online stores for selling furniture. This requires excellent service. Support is helping me in every detail.

Very simple layout and love the simplicity of the app. Support is very helpful as well, in case something is not working. Overall easy to use and a good user interface.

This app does more or less everything that we need it to do. This apps deserves 5 stars, but here are 2 things that we would love to see improved. 1) Exporting the tracking numbers does not includes the different SKUs. It would be great if that were the case as we have different warehouses and we need to send the reports to different places. 2) We would love to see improved are the webhooks. Right now we receive the exact same notification several times. If these could be filtered by Parcel Panel, that would be great!

I asked to Elly from support to suggest me all the things that i could to do it to improve my tracking page and we stay together half an hour and she gave me all the details about the app... Specially helped me without send me the link, that sometimes the links could be really long to read, so i am very happy. Thank you so much Elly
