great app, customer service replies quick. it works really wel, and my customers love being able to track their orders

Kath provided the best customer experience I have ever had. I rarely leave much of a review but this time I really wanted to make sure that someone like Kath gets the recognition they deserve. AI does not have the ability to communicate in the way that a real person does when they have the ability to communicate in a way that allows their kind heart and passion to bleed through the words on a screen. Very easy onboarding and the support is above and beyond to help us set up the track order page and notification email for customers. The track order app is very intuitive and customizable. A very well-done app and support.
