Putting this on our page has cut down the amount of where's my order email and phone calls significantly.
I have tried out quite a few tracking apps but have settled for Parcel Panel.
Had a few teething problems at first but support is very responsive. They don't send you a tonne of onboarding emails, requests for '5 minute chats' etc like so many other Shopify apps do.
Pricing seems quite reasonable really for the level of suppot you get and for the tracking.

This app helps me a lot with tracking orders, the customer care responds very quickly, really recommend them!!

So far so good - I'm yet to launch to see how the notifications work, but the support from the team in setting up the app, and troubleshooting any requested changes etc is outstanding! The chat function through the 'manage app' area is so good and the team is super responsive. Would not hesitate in recommending.
