This app gets the job done! I've been using it for several years now and I'm very happy with it. It's easy to set up, to customize, it seamlessly integrates with my store and makes the work so much easier. The support has always been outstanding, very fast response-time and always with a quick solution at hand. In my 5+ years with Shopify this is an e-commerce essential, one of very few apps, you simply need!
With this app, the experience is made much better thanks to the customer service. Definitely recommend!

Exceptional customer service. Installation was a breeze and the interface is incredibly user-friendly. Highly recommend!
I use this app everyday to track my customers orders and see if they have recieved their products and my customers also use this great app.
The customer service is great. Everything is great until now. I think it is a pretty good App. If you can provide more design options, instead of only CSS customizations, that would be better
