I used this app for order tracking. It reduces my work a lot instead of having to reply for order status from customers as shipping status is displayed once customer key in the tracking no on my website. Support staff Lara has been very kind and helpful in introducing this feature. Amazing support.

The app is good, but I'd like to use this opportunity to recommend Lexi from customer support. I was very upset about an issue which was promptly resolved.
