The response was really quick and easy to understand. I do think that this app is a little pricey for newcomers, but will be nice later when you get a lot of orders.

This app is really straight forward as compared to other Tracking Page. After the initial installation, I had some issues loading my carrier's updates and contacted them. They managed to solved my issues within 1 day turnaround.

Really the best customer service I have received with any app, had some issues with couriers not displaying correctly.
