So far I´m really pleased with the app. But the amazing thing is that they helped me set it all up for free. It made my life so much easier. They really worked with me and thought through the process. Thanks! Recommend.
At first, I was a bit confused about the Parcely setup, because I couldn't add the Widget to my cart page. I was surprised that the Parcely team offers free help to set up the app. So they solved it very fast for me.

I didn't use this app, I made it inactive, but it took money every month, and when I wrote to the support why it takes money, they didn't answer anything to explain
I checked over and we did answer you 3 times and once even from our employee's personal gmail address. Im not sure why you are not receiving emails.
Please write our support to some other email address and request a refund.
Yes, Shopify app will continue charging you until you deinstall it from your store. Disabling will just hide it from your store frontend.

Great support, Thanks, Erik! Unfortunately the app does not generate labels if payment has not been captured. We will wait for an upgraded version to be able to offer more parcel providers.
Thank you for your review. The current logic is that the app will send order data to the service provider system after the order is in paid status. This ensures that the order is never shipped without payment.
The only exception is a COD (Cash on Delivery) order. In this case, the order is sent to the service provider system with special COD settings. This will ensure that the shipping provider will ask for a payment from the customer before giving the package over.
The next level of shipping. Great helpdesk, I had some issues but solved fast. The app works fast and smoothly. Thank you.
I must say parcely.app is great. First of all the widget at the start of the basket, secondly amazing support. Very rapid, straight to the point :)
Capabilities to pay access a variety of courier services and automate exchange is a great plus.

Now I use the Parcely on 2 websites. The app is great and very friendly priced - also good for smaller businesses. A cool way to have a lot of shipping services in your store. The support is pretty fast and everything is flawless. Any of my requests were 100% solved. Thank you.
