The Partialy app has been a game-changer for our e-commerce store. Since activating partial payments for COD orders, we have seen a noticeable drop in order cancellations and RTO rates. The dashboard is intuitive and makes managing settings easy even for non-technical users. Customer support is excellent — they responded fast and guided us through every step of the setup process. Nice app though haven't been in use as of now, but one important thing is that I came across a technical glitch in the app where the COD cutoff amount limit & one other feature wasn't working, the backend support team is very friendly helpful and prompt for solving the problem. They tirelessly worked in late hours to rectify the issue. Thanks to them for solving the problem & now all the features of this app is working absolutely fine. I must recommend it to everyone who needs COD for their business. It's must try.
You might get many options in the Shopify app store but USP of this app is it's backend support. Great team
