Passport Shipping

From our experience of working with Passport the company felt like a scam. Only few of our shipments arrive on time. Often they are 3-4 weeks late and several never arrived. The tracking gives almost no information about the whereabouts of a package. And the shipments go out with shipping companies nobody has ever heard of: Amarex, Fleet Optics, Colis Prive. Who are these companies? Passport, have you ever heard of Fedex or UPS?

I've been using Passport for over a year and am satisfied with the functions of the app and the overall service. Customer support is easily accessible when necessary, and communication is smooth.

Since using Passport, we're getting better shipping rates than ever before, which really helps us as a start-up company looking to manage operational costs. The onboarding process was quick and easy. Plus, a great customer service team. They really are a pleasure to work with!

They are very responsive and actually get on calls with you which seems almost impossible with other apps we have. We are a small business co-founded by a celebrity so we get some interest and recognition abroad - While we're still working on expanding, Passport makes it MUCH easier to do it seamlessly with our 3PL (the integration was easy too!).
