I have used a few other post purchase survey apps and this is the easiest to use by far. Setting up the question flow is intuitive and you can use one of the many example surveys to set up your own. The feedback I have received from my customers has been very useful and provides a feedback loop that didn't exist prior to my installing Pathlight. Support is great and provides video explanations to many of the common issues. Another highly recommended app from App Jar.

A very easy-to-use app that gives me insight into customers' thoughts post purchase. I did miss a step in setting it up, but it was an easy fix, and support was very quick to help me and update the instructions to make that piece clearer. Even though I think it was mostly me thinking I knew what I was doing without any help.

This is the second app I have from this developer and they are absolutely fabulous. They provide so many options and as always, they are so quick to implement new ideas, options or respond to questions. If only all apps were this amazing! I have only just begun using this app and it will take time to use it to its full potential but I am blown away by all the possibilities it offers. Try it out, you won't be disappointed!! PS one of my favorite things about the fantastic person behind this design is that if you have any question at all or are slightly confused about the app, he will create an amazing step by step video showing you exactly what to do.
