The app takes a while to accept donation. Also each time someone donates, a variable is created for the item which resets all product info such as shipping, taxes. This app is incredible and more importantly their customer support and service is amazing! PWYW takes care of all of our donation functionality requirements and it it is the only app available on shopify that provides this solution.
