Increase revenue by recovering sales from abandoned carts & unpaid orders with email reminders.
The app automatically monitors pending orders and abandoned checkouts in the background and sends email reminders. If the order is not paid within the specified timeframe, it will be automatically cancelled and the inventory will be restored. Payster is useful for offline payment methods such as wire (bank) transfer, cash on delivery (COD), Boleto, Konbini, Paytm, Payoneer, PIX or Oxxo; deferred (delayed) payments due later; and local pickups to remind customers to pick up the order.

Zum Anfang funktionierte die App ganz gut, bereits nach 2 Tagen kamen die ersten Probleme. Es wurde Bestellungen storniert bei denen ich die Zahlung manuell verbucht habe, wie kann das sein?

I was having issues canceling orders this app helped me automate canceling unpaid orders and reminding my customers to pay. Their support is amazing and really helpful.
Why this app has no reviews? This is the best payment reminder app around! I was struggling with payment reminders to my customers because we offer payment on invoice (bank deposit/Rechnung) option. Tested all apps around and even tried to create manual flows in Klaviyo/Omnisend. But this app works perfectly! The best support that answers within minutes, always ready to jump on a call and resolve your issue and add a small features that you need. I highly recommend this app to all brands trying to run payment reminders.
