I tried to speak to developer using every medium available and received zero response. The app does not work correctly and I could not get any help with it. To add insult to injury I have now been charged even though I uninstalled the app before the end of the seven day trial period. Its a shame I really wanted it to work as it was perfect for my requirements.

Regarding the trial period, charges occur after 7 days unless the app is uninstalled before that period ends, but we have processed a refund as a gesture of goodwill.
