Peel: Retention Analytics

Peel has been a game-changer for our business. We've been able to learn invaluable insights into our business that would never have been possible before.

Setup was straightforward and the Peel team was more than helpful when we needed to implement some custom filters etc. on our account.

They're constantly releasing improvements and new features that are extremely useful and well thought-out (shout out to the new Explore feature, the ability to create reports that combine multiple metrics is amazing).

As can be expected when ingesting and combining data from a wide variety of sources, there have been a few times where a metric has suddenly been incorrect or missing a chunk of data. Every time this has happened, Peel support has been responsive, helpful, and done whatever it takes to diagnose and resolve the issue.

Great analytics app, and really responsive and helpful team. Peel makes it super easy to get a snapshot of key metrics for your store, as well as gives you the ability to dive deeper into any metrics that may be relevant for you. I've been really impressed with their team - their communication, flexibility, and output is top notch. I'd highly recommend using Peel!

Peel has been one of the best partnerships we've had since the founding of our company. The platform is easy to use and their team has been so helpful whenever we have random requests or can't figure something out. Also, the fact that it integrates with both Shopify and Amazon Seller Central has been a game changer for us. So glad I don't have to pull performance data from Amazon separately anymore. The best part is that it sounds like their team is constantly adding new integrations to a lot of the major Shopify Apps and marketing platforms out there these days, so we'll be able to pull accurate LTV:CAC reports without a whole lot of digging. We love their platform and their team. 10/10 would recommend.

This app is extremely insightful with a huge amount of useful and actionable data. Love the Slack integration for quick daily snapshots of key performance indicators and comparisons. Customer support is excellent and really cares about your success with their product. Highly recommended!
