Outstanding Shopify Integration & 3PL Partnership

We’ve had an excellent experience integrating Cahoot 3PL with our Shopify store. The onboarding process was smooth, the tech integration was seamless, and their team was extremely responsive throughout the entire setup.

From inventory syncing to order routing and fulfillment visibility, the Shopify connection works exactly as it should — clean, reliable, and efficient. What stood out most was their ability to scale with our needs while maintaining accuracy and turnaround speed. Real-time tracking updates and transparent reporting have made operational management significantly easier.

Their support team is proactive, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented which is critical when running a growing e-commerce brand. Communication is clear, and they genuinely operate like a partner rather than just a vendor.

If you’re looking for a dependable 3PL that integrates effortlessly with Shopify and understands the needs of modern e-commerce brands, Cahoot is a strong choice.

Highly recommended.

Cahoot has been a great fulfillment partner for our brand. The team has been extremely responsive, supportive, and hands-on throughout the entire inbound and outbound fulfillment process.

Whenever operational questions or logistics challenges came up, they were quick to respond and always worked with us to find practical solutions. We especially appreciated the strong communication, flexibility, and white-glove level of support during more complex situations.

Toward the end of our project, the operations team also did an excellent job coordinating a fairly complex inventory removal and shipment consolidation process for us. Everything arrived safely, and the extra effort throughout the process was genuinely appreciated.

It genuinely felt like we were working with people who cared and stayed involved to help keep things moving smoothly from start to finish.

If you’re looking for a cost-effective fulfillment partner with responsive customer support and a team willing to go the extra mile for growing eCommerce brands, Cahoot is definitely worth considering.
