Very good 3PL. Updates you every week with the inventory and fees. Transparent with the fees. Great customer service. Ships very fast. Reliable partner for growing businesses.
Support has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped me set up a somewhat custom fulfillment arrangement to satisfy our needs. Beyond that, orders have been shipped the day they are received provided of course they are received prior to the daily cut off time. All in all, I'm extremely impressed with Cahoot's efficiency and capabilities. And their website interface is simple and intuitive to use. Well done, Cahoot!
I use Cahoot to process our shipping labels. They still need some work to do to get the kinks out - hopefully they will get this done in a timely manner. Will continue to use Cahoot for the remainder of the year.
Update:
After almost 3 years with Cahoot and unfilled promises by Cahoot, we decided to go back to the new improved ShipStation. Cahoot also made changes which slowed our ordering processing - as step backwards as we advanced in growth. No contracts with other shipping platforms like FedEx, UPS, and ShipStation.
