Very happy with the app and especially with the customer support team. Prompt and thorough reply. The customer representative that I communicated with, Gourav, was super friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond and made sure all the concerns were addressed, and I am happy. Thank you! :)
The only downside is that to enable the sender email to a custom one, I have to add a handful of DNS records to my domain provider records, which is time-consuming and confusing.

The app is good. There were a few glitches at times but the team is supportive and prompt. Najmus particularly helped me a lot throughout my journey. Highly recommended

Pendora works great for digital downloads, it's super smooth and easy to set up. What really stood out was the support though! I have got immediate help from the Support, Najmus helped me with the product and even removed the watermark to help me with the product check. Also I have sent a check file as to how it will look if someone orders the file. but on my gmail there was a pop up , where it says this message looks suspicious. If that is the case it will be tough for me to sell the products online and to create trust with the clients will be tough too.

I am new to tech, so I needed help to use the app. I am pleased to give Gourav an excellent review for his pleasant and fast help. I was definitely feeling stressed and he helped to alleviate that stress.
