4 stars because I wish I could customize the email more for downloads however for free I can't really complain. I was helped by Gourav after my first sale to make sure everything was working. He was very responsive and helpful.

Even when I ran into an issue with a customer providing the wrong email address and having to figure out how to resend their link without creating a whole new order, Mithun was very helpful in showing me how to easily resolve the issue. OMG!! I can't believe my fortune in adding this app to my shopify store. I want to sell digital products from my store but didn't know how, where or when to start. I did not have to wait long for customer service which I greatly appreciate. He was courteous and professional. He was quick to answer any questions and the help was user friendly - which I greatly appreciate. I wish I could have edited the email further. That was the only disappointment but everything else was very good.
