this was a great app, but stopped working out of the blue - all of my popups and announcements are gone. can you help?

This is the first time in 3 years that our service has been affected like this. Easy to install, works really well and lots of control to adapt the pop-up style to your store. Good dashboard for overview. Lots of features in development, it seems. Looking forward to the next steps of development.
