Easy to use. Quick to setup and import reviews. Quick support.
I wish they had a better UI in line with LOOX. Otherwise, this is an excellent app.

Update: I had an issue with the app not reporting billing correctly and then found that when my three month discount ended I had been overcharged by around £4 for that month. I asked them to look into it and the reporting bit was fixed but the overcharge remained and after the fix I had lost the additional 500 imports we'd agreed when we signed on. I had no reply about either the overcharge or the loss of additional imports. Confidence was gone and so we cut our losses and uninstalled. Have also found its a messy uninstall with lots of code elements left in the theme. A disappointing end for what seemed like a really promising app.

This app is great for pulling in product reviews from other sources (Amazon in our case) and it also has solid automation for review requests and plenty of options of display. What really sets it apart though is the customer service - we have an issue trying to install one of the widgets with out theme and Haris at Opinew tech support had it sorted within minutes - incredible service!

Tentei aumentar o plano várias vezes mas sem sucesso. Entrei em contato com a plataforma e eles disseram que eu nao sei selecionar o plano. É claro que eu sei, mas alguém na empresa nao esta preocupado com o bug que faz com que o cliente nao possa aumentar o plano. O aplicativo é muito ruim e infelizmente nao posso mudar pois perderia mais de 9 mil resenhas
Olá, corrigimos seu plano mais cedo durante o dia. Talvez você não tenha notado.
Na verdade, nossos desenvolvedores trabalharam em seu problema esta manhã e lançamos um hotfix especificamente para sua loja.
Posso confirmar que nenhuma de suas avaliações desaparecerá e que o plano está funcionando corretamente.

I've just started using this review system and it is extremely easy. Definitely recommend and it's made me feel much more comfortable about getting sales. I imported the reviews from my Amazon listing pretty easily. You just have to copy and paste the link of the amazon listing and then it will sync in a couple mins. I did have a bit of trouble with the design of the reviews but the assistant was very helpful and quick to respond so she helped me to sort it. I 100% recommend using this service if you want something thats easy to use and understand

Yes, design is very subjective, we have added various preset themes that you can use which simple and easy to customise to match your branding.
However, like anything, if you want to really get the most out of it we recommend you spend some time to get it perfect for you. Of course, our support team are happy to advise and help with any code requirements to adjust your widgets.

Can not import reviews anymore. You have to message them and they will import the reviews manually and we have been waiting for 5 months now. The reviews widget is also not working and pulling reviews from 2020 even after the issue was reported to their customer service team. We had to remove the widget. The app is very glitchy.

Most excellent app. We were able to migrate all our reviews from Woocommerce to Shopify with very little effort. And very happy with the Opinew Dashboard as it's intuitive and easy to use. Front end looks great too. Oh, and I contacted support today and they were very helpful (thanks Romana!). Continue to receive top support from Lisa and Danna!

Awesome customer service. We spoke to few rep and we had the best customer service experience with Segmedina. She was willing to listen and very prompt at getting issues fixed.
The app itself is amazing. Just make sure you turn the auto sync off if you do not want your import credit to run out quickly as that can get expensive. The app dashboard is VERY easy to use. Importing reviews is a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend Opinew.

This app used to be decent... Then this past February I realized none of my reviews were syncing. Nothing worked, got nothing but errors. Reached out to support, went back and forth for weeks waiting for an update, finally they say it's Amazon restricting imports. I believe them, the other apps are dealing with it too. But those apps are $25/month, I WAS PAYING $500 for their top plan!!! And who knows how long my reviews weren't syncing for. Nothing was working except my $500/month payment to them. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Get one of the other apps for $25/month that do the SAME THING MAYBE EVEN MORE.
