Been using Loox for the longest time. Just stumbled across this app today, and it has WAY better features such as Multi-platform reviews, Responding to reviews as comments, more color-coordination options to fit the theme of your site, etc. Very user-friendly and up-to-date; Support Chat replies super fast, too!

Super awesome customer service. I'm not the most savy when it comes to apps and these guys have made it an easy app to navigate. They walk you through everything you need and the app doesn't make you install a code anywhere all crazy like. They make it easy to install and viola! Done. Great app.

Easy to use. Had a few hiccups (mostly self inflicted), but customer service was excellent. The chat feature was very convenient. They responded to emails and fixed my problem within 5 minutes.

It seems too professional and has a lot of support and work behind it.
Also very helpful to give you a free trial until the 100th order on your shop then starts to collect fees from you.
