We downloaded this app yesterday and had no idea how to use it but Tomas in customer service was SO helpful. He literally helped us every step of the way, answered all of our questions and made sure that we were 100% satisfied. I highly recommend getting this app. The only downside is that you need to have your listings (on Amazon) as separate products or all your reviews will link to one item and you have to go in and manually copy/paste the link when you import into Opinew. Is this a deal-breaker? Absolutely NOT. The app is really affordable and it has a ton of features you can customize. You can send emails, coupons and check analytics as well. You're missing out if you don't get this app for your account.

Great app and cheap pricing, allows you too edit and import however much you want practically. the app can be a little tough to understand but the live chat is amazing and they always answer me right away so I dont have to sit around waiting.
