This app has been a game changer for us - They really offer a unique review product and experience that we can't find elsewhere. Customer service is top notch too - Shout out to Paul from the team - he's was great guiding us through onboarding and is just as responsive a year later.
The app is great, it helps us add authenticity to the product. It would be better if more comments could be synced for free.
This is a fantastic app. Not only is the design top notch, but it is very simple to use, although complex. Support is excellent. I recommend a 1 on 1 with Paul, because there are questions that can be answered more efficiently in a call. Import from Amazon was very easy. And it saves you a ton of money and time to collect fresh reviews in your shop, especially if you were used to using something like Trusted Shops. We set up the option of showing the review snippets in Google Shopping campaigns. Paul walked us through this setup, which I also recommend! This will take some time to show on search engine pages, so eager to see the results once Google publishes the reviews. You may need some small adaptions to your theme if it is heavily customized. But the Opinew support team also lends a helping hand here.

very pleased with amazon review integration, will upgrade soon, just need to sync more reviews, just not sure why the look review sync is not showing

I've just started using this review system and it is extremely easy. Definitely recommend and it's made me feel much more comfortable about getting sales. I imported the reviews from my Amazon listing pretty easily. You just have to copy and paste the link of the amazon listing and then it will sync in a couple mins. I did have a bit of trouble with the design of the reviews but the assistant was very helpful and quick to respond so she helped me to sort it. I 100% recommend using this service if you want something thats easy to use and understand

Yes, design is very subjective, we have added various preset themes that you can use which simple and easy to customise to match your branding.
However, like anything, if you want to really get the most out of it we recommend you spend some time to get it perfect for you. Of course, our support team are happy to advise and help with any code requirements to adjust your widgets.

Awesome customer service. We spoke to few rep and we had the best customer service experience with Segmedina. She was willing to listen and very prompt at getting issues fixed.
The app itself is amazing. Just make sure you turn the auto sync off if you do not want your import credit to run out quickly as that can get expensive. The app dashboard is VERY easy to use. Importing reviews is a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend Opinew.

Most excellent app. We were able to migrate all our reviews from Woocommerce to Shopify with very little effort. And very happy with the Opinew Dashboard as it's intuitive and easy to use. Front end looks great too. Oh, and I contacted support today and they were very helpful (thanks Romana!). Continue to receive top support from Lisa and Danna!
