Gerade bei Drops spielt Pickware seine Stärke aus: Bestände, Bestellungen und Kundendaten laufen in Echtzeit mit Shopify zusammen - auch bei viel Volumen in kurzer Zeit bleibt alles sauber und Überverkäufe sind kein Thema. Das Beste ist aber der Support. Sehr kompetent und vor allem mitdenkend. Wir hatten viele Sonderfälle, und die wurden in enger Zusammenarbeit schnell umgesetzt. Man merkt, dass da Leute sitzen, die das Geschäft verstehen. Auch beim Wachstum sind wir nie an Grenzen gestoßen - Pickware skaliert problemlos mit. Und neue Features kommen in einem Tempo, das man so selten sieht. Mit Pickware bekommt man kein reines Tool, sondern einen Partner. Als Nächstes nehmen wir uns die Pickware AI vor - wir sind gespannt. Klare Empfehlung.
Wir arbeiten schon seit einigen Jahren mit Pickware und sind insgesamt wirklich zufrieden.
Was uns von Anfang an überzeugt hat, ist die einfache Bedienung. Die Prozesse sind logisch aufgebaut und man findet sich schnell zurecht – gerade im Lageralltag ist das Gold wert. Unsere Logistik ist dadurch deutlich strukturierter und effizienter geworden.
Auch der Support ist top. Wenn mal etwas ist, bekommt man schnell eine Rückmeldung und es wird sich zuverlässig gekümmert.
