Pify Form Builder-Contact Form is simply amazing!
This is the second website where I've used this plugin, and it offers a wide range of modules to choose from. Plus, it’s free with various pricing options, which is a very user-friendly setup. The form builder is straightforward to use, even if you're not tech-savvy, as their support team is always there to help and responds very quickly. It integrates perfectly with my Shopify store. What I love most is that setting up complex forms is super simple, and the customer support is highly responsive, making it a great experience overall. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and flexible form builder!

Missed thousands of dollars worth of sales due to the emails not being sent from this application. Tested multiple times and checked with on different email accounts and spam. Do not recommend.
We are very sorry for the unpleasant experience we have caused you. We regret that you missed the order. We would like to clarify some issues here, when we received your inquiry, our team immediately conducted an investigation. It was found that you did not enable the "Send email to administrator" function in the form, which is why you did not receive the email. The "Send email to administrator" function determines whether to send an email to the administrator's mailbox. When you did not enable it, your administrator mailbox cannot receive the email. You can enable the "Send email to administrator" in Settings, Email to Admin in the form. Our customer service has tried to contact you to enable this function as soon as possible to avoid missing orders again. We kindly ask you to contact our customer service as soon as you receive the email. Thank you very much.
I use the free plan and its great! The form has good customization visually, as well as what you see when you receive a leads email, and what the customer sees in their auto-reply email. No glitches or issues, and I've been using it for months.

I've tried many form builder apps, but this is by far the most comprehensive one I've used. It offers features that other apps don't have and allows for easy customization of designs. Their customer service is also excellent, responding very quickly and providing clear, easy-to-understand solutions.

We are getting submissions but we aren't able to view them! Can't contact this app creator at all and we finally deleted it. Said we had 33 submissions and under the free plan, we should be able to have 50 sumissions/month. They won't let us view any of the submissions. No way to get any customer support. Finally just deleted it. They keep telling us to upgrade. 1st level above the free plan is $29.99 per month! Can't access any of the submissions so basically not worth having on the site.

Could you please check if your email is working properly or if the emails might be in your junk folder? We would like to clarify some points here, as we are concerned that you may still not be receiving our emails. It is true that the free version allows for 50 submissions per month. Upon checking the data for your form, we found that you have had a total of 33 submissions so far, but there have been no new submissions this month. Therefore, there is no data in the submission list. We would also like to kindly remind you that our plan is only $5.99/month with unlimited submissions. thank you for the functionality and the support! The support can be a bit faster but never the less, the form has capabilities that are better than any other form app on shopify. I know because I've tried it!

We've used this to collect information about upcoming bookings for our guests, it's worked extremely well and looks good on our website. Very happy with the App, a huge improvement over our last App.

I am trying a few form builders for my site, this one stands out as the best so far!
Still need to play some more with it but everything worked fine on my first couple forms, and the price is competitive too. Highly recommend!

I needed a popup form with a floating button for the testimonials page on my store. I literally tried every app. Many don't have this option at all and those that do are not very flexible with the button placement. This app allowed me to create exactly the form I needed and also had flexible options on placing the button. I just got it set up and I can tell already that it's a keeper.

Pify Form is really cool, I use it to build a missing piece replenishment and collect the shipping fee payment, it works very good and make work flow smoothly.
