The Pify From Builder app has allowed us to create the ideal forms for our online Submissions. Creating multi-page forms that integrate well with our website, plus the addition of a payment on submission is exactly what we had been searching for! Great App, easy to use, more than expected from free version, just wish that I could embed links into Images in text boxes. Very happy overall.
