We use this over our entire website for various uses. It is our contact form, sponsorship form, Dealer application, warranty replacement, and quote form to name a few. The forms are easy to build, easy to use, easy to install and easy for our customers to fill out. I highly recommend this app!

Out of all the apps i've tried, this has the widest range of customization features for the free plan, it comes with branding but the cheapest plan they have is really good value for money and removes the watermark. If you are looking for a custom forms app, I highly recommend this one above all others. Especially if you need complex customization. The customer support team is also really friendly and helpful.

great app with the free version being so professional. Would suggest to anyone wanting to make very stylish forms! Good design layouts and can add lots of different question styles.
