Pify Form Builder-Contact Form is simply amazing!
This is the second website where I've used this plugin, and it offers a wide range of modules to choose from. Plus, it’s free with various pricing options, which is a very user-friendly setup. The form builder is straightforward to use, even if you're not tech-savvy, as their support team is always there to help and responds very quickly. It integrates perfectly with my Shopify store. Seems great so far although I haven't really been using it long enough to leave an honest feedback but in order to remove the branding, I was asked to leave a review. Will update the review in a week or two

This has ticked all the boxes for what we need, and the support is fantastic. The most adaptable form I have used. I trialed several others that just couldn't fit the needs first.
