I am just getting started with this app but so far customer service has been super helpful with some small tweaks I needed. This was the only app I could find that has image pickers which is a feature I was really looking for.

Great product
Very pleased with this app for our website. As a design company, we wanted to gather as much information from our clients as possible, and out of all the form apps we found, this one was the best. It's super easy to create and integrate into our store. The customer service was very friendly and helpful when we needed assistance with some more complex items. Highly recommend

The form builder is very easy to use and has a lot of features. It does not require any technical knowledge. The support from helpdesk is great. This is exactly what I was looking for!
