Helpful for now with the free trial as we are currently facing issues with duplicate submission by google forms. Will upgrade if the need arises!
Considering it is free, best app for form building. I can almost do every customization and receive unlimited submissions.

This app has just about every feature you could want in a form creator, and so far everything I've tried works without issues or limitations. They really thought of everything! And the developer is very accommodating, responds to emails quickly and answering questions clearly and completely to get you in the right direction and walk you through how things work. I'm really glad I found this one!

Really great for a free form. I wish I could customize the width of the form because it looks super skinny on my page, but besides that, its great
