I needed it for a simple form, but I am not very skilled at navigating technical instructions.....Sunny (customer service) was amazing at guiding me through the process and more importantly, installed the app for me on my website! This app worked great right out of the box. It had clear and easy to use instructions. I would like to have the ability to add company logo.

I like that the app is simple and works well for my needs. Too many other contact forms are too involved or in-depth, and I just needed something simple for my site.

Such an amazing app for my Shopify store. I host events every now and then and the form builder helps me organize my participant roster! Thank you for the amazing support as well. I had an issue with my spreadsheet CSV export and customer service took care of me!
