I would recommend this app to anyone due to how simple and easy it is to use. My only small complaint is, its hard to adjust the colors on the design portion of the form. Other than that, its great!

It provides all the form fields you need, and it's very easy to make quick updates when needed. It also syncs up information seamlessly with Shopify.

Good Form builder. It has everything that I need. Also they let you remove their branding so that the form will look yours.
