This app worked great right out of the box. It had clear and easy to use instructions. I would like to have the ability to add company logo.
I like that the app is simple and works well for my needs. Too many other contact forms are too involved or in-depth, and I just needed something simple for my site.

Such an amazing app for my Shopify store. I host events every now and then and the form builder helps me organize my participant roster! Thank you for the amazing support as well. I had an issue with my spreadsheet CSV export and customer service took care of me!
