Great app. Wish it had a few more field options (like confirm password and integrations with Shopify email automations) but still a great app to have on my store.

We love this app for creating more customized forms. There are many templates to choose from, even on the free plan. Lots of customization options and it's basically plug and play creating a new form. Highly recommend if you are looking for forms that go beyond the basic Shopify offering!
