Great app, easy to customise, and the support team is always quick to respond if you need any help. The standout features compared to the standard Shopify forms are the ability to fully customise the success message and the confirmation emails sent to customers after they submit an entry.
I’ve been using Pify Form Builder for some time now and couldn’t be happier. The app is very easy to use and offers lots of flexible options for creating and implementing forms exactly how you need them.
What really sets Pify apart, though, is their support. I asked for some custom functionality that went beyond the standard app settings, and their response was clear, professional, and genuinely helpful. They fully understood what I needed and offered to implement a tailored solution, explaining everything in detail and handling it smoothly.
It’s rare to find an app that combines ease of use, powerful features, and such responsive, customer-focused support. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and flexible form builder on Shopify.
The app is not stable and data disapears everytime, the support is slow to answer.
And the worse thing is that when they fixed something, another is broke now !
