Great products, excellent support.

Great great app and products...however support seems to have gone missing. Customer order issues that have no way of getting resolved. The support time of 6-12 hours is not realistic...the only flaw i have found in this wonderful company so far. Hopefully they are working to resolve this. Had to give them 3 stars cuz of fullfillment issues and lag time of customer support.

Pillow Profits is brilliant. They have so many unique products you can't find from any other suppliers. They have so many training videos, from using their system to general marketing training. They also have amazing product mockups for each product type. Literally everything you need to make money is there. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get into custom shoe/pillows/bags/bedding niche!

Pillow Profits is an awesome app. It lets you take control of your fulfillment process if you want to cancel or put on hold your order. If your customer ordered a wrong size of shoes, they will send another one free of charge. No other company can do that. They also give you free campaign, free designs to help you get started and making sales. I just wish it has more flexibility on the file requirements, not everyone owns photoshop to make cmyk mode files, and also ability to move pictures on the mockups to the way I like.

I love this app. Its incredibly well designed, super easy to create and publish products and has super high quality image rendering on your product pages. I especially love the Express shipping option that let's you ship products in 10-15 days for only 8 bucks. And the products themselves are much cheaper than the competitors. These guys worked really hard and in my opinion they created the best POD fulfillment app on the market. And don't even get me started on the knowledge base and resources they provide. So much value, it's a no brainer. Give it a shot, you'll thank me later.
