I love Pillow Profits!! Especially all the great support and help provided by Adam. The idea of getting a complete campaign with images and ad copy is mind blowing. Thanks so much.
After 9 months of paying $30 pm, sales were so low I did not cover that cost. Maybe their product costs are too high? The app should be free - definitely no value in paying them to use their app when they still make a big fat profit on your sales as well. The concepts are good, support is good but if you can't sell their stuff then why pay for the privilege? Rating would def be higher if no monthly fee - feels like gouging.

Use them most of the time. After ordering hooded blankets from everyone I compared and found PolProf to have the best. Hooded production and DHL service is also great. No complaints! Unfotunaly, I got excited and started selling the fleece blanket line too, without ordering first, when I was told were very similar to the hoodeds. They sell well, but now I get many complaints about cheap quality and slow shipping. I start my days getting yelled at, issuing refunds and my shops reputation is sliding. Not sure what to do now, but looking for other fleece supplies. All others available are smaller, so... Anyway, my advices from lessons learned the hard way YES - offer the hooded blankets, but check the fleece for yourself before you commit. Customer service and help with app issues will likely not rock your world. It is slow. They have great potential, but need some work.
$30 to sell your products? Come on, the business model should be to make me be successful, because if I'm successful, you're successful. It shouldn't be you riding on my neck. Can't you add it in the margins, or take half the profit I would make on the first couple of sales to make up for this $30 you're asking for? Dig the concept but your business model is flawed.
Orders take to long to be shipped and cause too many complaints from customers.
It is not worth the risk. Products good let down by delivery plus paying an expensive subscription charge per month.

Very bad business practice! After 3 months of designing the website and perfecting the shoe designs, in which many hours of work and money were invested, we commissioned the first test boots.
The shoes we ordered (and later recieved with 1 week delay) were of very poor quality. The soles of the boots were extremley thin - the thickness of the sole is 4mm - so the bottom of the shoes can be pierced through very easily. Boots also did not have a CE standard that provides a guarantee of basic quality to European customers.
While ordering, we recieved a wrong tracking number, and after the delivery deley we contacted their costumer service and unfortunatley recieved a very slow response to the question of what's happening with the package. On-time delivery is of paramount importance in this kind of business and waiting for the response for 4 day, when manufacturer is late for more than a week with their delivery to the mailing service, is not accaptable.
In addition, the app ratings are unrealistic since most of the users evaluate the app before they get the product as the company offers them $ 25 discount for their first order if they give rating to the application.
Also a WARNING to all users of the application who are from the EU. All responsibility for the poor quality of products when facing final customers is on you. That is because shoe manufacturers do not provide basic quality and CE standard.

This is run by a dishonest team with poor customer support. My orders were placed more than 2 weeks ago and they've been stuck in production since (the promised production time was 5-7 days). The support team did not reply to my emails. New users, beware - do not risk your store's reputation with this shady company.
Update: On my second order the same thing happened again. The Pillow Profits Team did not reply to my email either. Hoping that writing here would catch their attention. Please fulfil my orders - it's been more than 7 days. Thanks.

Due to a large surge in sales during the month of February, our sneaker production went from 4 days to 10 days during the second half of February.

Really great app, one of the must have on your Shopify store. Very well designed, easy to use, awesome products with decent prices. The Express shipping is another great option they offer. It Does cost a little bit, just try it, it's well worth the price!
This app has me excited at the possibilities. The art work is unique and eye catching. This model for one of a kind products is going to crush it! The app is easy to use and has extensive training to make sure you hit the ground running.
