They continued to charge me money after deleting the app, they do not respond to my emails, and their feedback form on their website does not work. They also tried to hide the cancellation of the subscription as best they could, this is a real scam. We can see that you cancelled your subscription on the 8th of December. You have not been charged since cancelling.

Nevertheless we have refunded you your last payment in goodwill.

Cancelation instructions are quite clear in our documentation too.

We Pay Yearly Plan everytime we try to generate pin its tell out of credit so poor customer service

Hi there,

For some reason there was a technical issue when you canceled your subscription that moved you back on to the free plan instead of maintaining your credits for the duration of your subscription.

I’m terribly sorry that this has happened. By way of a small apology I have doubled your pin credit limit for the remainder of your subscription.

I will run an audit of what happened on the account to ensure that it doesn’t happen again too.

Apologies again for the inconvenience caused.
