We love the idea and opportunity to contribute to a better environment, but the execution and customizations on this app are lacking. We have no option to easily change the size of the badge, and the font size are way too big to fit our product page, cart drawer and so forth. It's sticks out in a weird way - as something that doesn't fit / belong on the page. And we are selling luxury items, so the look and feeling of our pages are of big importance.
So please make it possible to change the size and padding on the badge, since the logo is located far into the "container". And change the font size.
Furthermore, it isn't possible to get it showcaed in our cart drawer. So seemless integration is a bit of a stretch.
With more customization possibilities it will be easier to fit and integrate onto our pages. We are paying for the co2 neutral delivery, but we would like to showcase it to potentiel customers, so they know that they can support this by shopping at us.

There was no charge with your permission and the charge was not authorized by you.
Thanks for the note. Planet users are never charged without permission. Planet users can also customize their "billing cap," which guarantees there will be no Planet charges above that customized threshold. Finally, Planet users can choose to enable customers to pay (instead of paying themselves). We'd be happy to unpack these options – reach out to planet at shopify dot com if you'd like to learn more.
It could be great to have different choices of badges.

Implementation of the Badget is complicated and not well explained. Showing it on the product page is as I know hardly possible. The Shopify support just answered that I have to hire an Expert just to show the badget on the relevant parts of my Shop. I am disappointed...

Great idea and easy to install but would be good if we could remove the powered by shopify planet and customise the banner. Agree with previous reviewer about more visuals for merchants to highlight throughout your store.
We appreciate the feedback -- thank you. You're spot-on about the banner customization. We are going to enable that. I don't have an exact launch date just yet, but eventually you will be able to, for example, remove the "powered by Shopify Planet" tagline, or just remove the copy altogether and simply leverage the icon, which is all that some stores want.
Feedback like this is super helpful for shaping next steps, and again we really appreciate it.
This is a great concept and we're on board. However, I would like to see more resources (videos, websites, reports, etc.) we can easily share with customers to show our commitment is more than just an icon in the shopping cart.

Im really glad that you have introduced this option, I find it wonderful, all Shopify stores can do a lot together! I leave 4 stars as "Powered by Shopify Planet" should be smaller or maybe phrased differently like "Get to know more about the initiative" >>> Popup and then you can write everything, let people know what it is about, who does it etc. Please let us choose the design and I would really grateful if you take my option into consideration.

It's ok but it isn't communicated anywhere except the cart. There should be snippets for homepage and product page as well as a landingpage to visually demonstrate the total impact.

Installing this app and putting the widget on my web created big CLS(cumulative layout shift) problems and broke the theme, persisted after unistalling it. This proves that Shopify doesnt know what is doing.
