Playbook lets you create your own internal documentation and interactive checklists directly inside the Shopify Admin and Shopify Point of Sale app. Your team can create documents such as store training, onboarding, and standard operating procedures. Because Playbook lives inside Shopify, it feels familiar and easy to use from day one. Organize pages, assign and schedule tasks, send staff notifications, and keep everything easy to find. Pages are internal-only and never visible to customers.

This app is so helpful! As someone new to Shopify, I needed clear, practical guidance- and this app delivered exactly that. First, my web developer created custom videos for me on Vimeo, showing exactly what I needed to do. Then he added those videos to my playbook pages, so I can go back and easily review them as many times as I need to. Its made everything much easier to understand and has saved me a lot of time. Pure gold.
