When I open it, it's a blank page, and server error often occurs.

In many cases, a blank page or errors may be caused by browser plugins such as a VPN or specific Chrome extensions interfering with the app’s functionality. Currently, our servers are operating normally, and no server-side errors have been detected. While rare, database migrations may briefly impact the app’s performance, but these are typically seamless and do not affect users.

Honestly, Plerdy is such a fantastic tool! At first, I wasn’t sure if it would be any different from the others I’ve tried, but wow, it really delivered. The heatmaps and SEO tools are incredibly useful and easy to navigate. It’s also great that everything is so straightforward – no steep learning curve at all. Plerdy for Shopify has some cool features, like the heatmaps and session recordings,
which give you solid insights into customer behavior. I like how easy it is to spot problem
areas on my site, like where people stop scrolling or clicking. But I think the interface
could be a bit more intuitive – it took me a little time to figure out where everything is.
Also, some of the SEO tools feel a bit basic if you’re already using other SEO apps. Still,
for the price, it’s a good tool for anyone looking to analyze their store’s performance and
make smarter decisions.
I’ve been using the Plerdy app on my Shopify store, and it’s been a game-changer. The
heatmap feature is pure gold – I can see where my customers are clicking and what
needs tweaking. The SEO tools are super handy too and easy to set up. Plus, their
support team is very responsive. If you want to understand your visitors better and
improve your store, Plerdy is definitely worth it.
If you want to find weak spots on your site and improve usability based on the data made by the program, then Plerdy is what you need. An alternative to Hotjar, but cheaper and with more features. Funnel analysis, Seo page analysis, site visitor behavior analysis, pop-ups. Great multi functional tool. Excellent support. I'm glad I'm on board.

The tool works great, I can understand what my visitors are looking at and what things to improve, this basically removes the guesswork which helps me a lot. The support is also good, they solve my queries whenever I have contacted them.

DON'T BUY HOTJAR and get Plerdy instead. Such a great app that comes with a way more features than Hotjar. You can also scan your entire website for SEO and get some valuable data. They push updates literally every month. I would highly recommend get Plerdy. 100%.
