unfortunately I bought it on a lifetime deal my mistake don't do it yourself.

I was sorry to see a one-star review. I checked your support requests — the first one was on August 3, 2024, and we replied the same day at 22:30:56. The second request was on November 13, 2025, at 9:51 AM, and we responded to that one as well.
