EDIT - I connected with a sales manager and she is doing her best to help with each of these issues. They gave verbal remedies I am now to wait for a follow-through. I will update again when I know more.
2nd Edit - orders are moving faster, now that I have 1-1 communication with them I’m much more likely to stay with the service for now
DO NOT USE THEM
Currently waiting 7 days for a sample to get out of production. They promise 2 days and never deliver. Same with your customers' orders. It's a joke. Customers wait a month for one t-shirt. And they never answer my outreach.
They will reply to this with their same excuses as all the other comments. Don't fall for it. You will be scammed and damage your companies reputation.
