Después de eliminar POS de mis aplicaciones, continua cobrándome, no me había dado cuenta y ya me han cobrado 3 meses.

Hola Bijou Comestics, gracias por tomarse el tiempo para dejar sus comentarios. Esperamos que haya podido comunicarse con nuestro Soporte para ayudarlo con los cargos. Cuando se trata del sistema POS, solo eliminar la aplicación no cancelará la suscripción, desea acceder al canal POS desde Admin> cambiar del Plan Pro al plan Lite> guardarlo y eliminar el canal POS y la aplicación . Si sigue estos pasos, se asegurará de que no le cobren en el futuro.

Unable to add variable priced products or sell products by unit of measurement, slow, clunky - much much better POS options out there.

Don't even try you will spend lots of cash no help no results. Be cheaper to open a store on a high street lol

Imposible usarlo en un ordenador.. solo tablets y android, es decir, inservible para muchísimos casos, y para quitarlo también es imposible.. nada recomendable si tienes un ordenador de pantalla táctil.

Hola Mundorum Viator, gracias por tomarse el tiempo para dejar sus comentarios. Actualmente, nuestro sistema POS solo puede funcionar para dispositivos iPad, iPhone y Android. Vendemos soportes para iPad en la tienda de hardware de Shopify para que nuestros comerciantes puedan dejarlo en el mostrador. La computadora no es una opción en este momento debido a cómo está construido el sistema.

The app on my iphone never connect to wifi
and the backstage of POS never load up, cant make setting....

Hey there! I see you are having issues with Wifi connection. Does the Wifi work on your phone in general but having issues connecting for the POS app? Have you tried fully uninstalling the POS app and reinstalling? This would allow for a fresh copy of the app and most updated version to ensure there is no back end issues. If you find that you are still having issues with the app though please connect to our Retail Support team as they will be able to assist you further in the matter.

Good luck trying to uninstall it once you add it. We uninstalled the app, but they still keep charging us $89 per month. We tried to follow the instructions to downgrade, but we only get a server error message in the app now. No support.
