Polar Analytics has been a game changer for us regarding analytics and insights. CAC and channel performance with one click and so much more. And the support is amazing, I think I had 10 requests and questions the last two days, and the Polar Analytics team jumped in and helped within minutes and even built reports for me. Polar Analytics is the easiest to use analytics app I've found for Shopify. The UI is the more intuitive than other apps I've tried. The ability to create unique views and report/export against almost any data set means I can get everything I need in one place. Also their customer service is above and beyond if you have any questions. Can't recommend enough!

Polar is easy to setup and offers tons of value, KPI's and metrics out of the box. 100% plug&play for ecom with the option of adding custom metrics too.

We use Polar following a change of solution. We needed a high-performance app that was adapted to our business. Not all the features are available yet (export over 1000 lines, customize charts, customize member access, etc.) but Polar is very attentive to our needs and works hard to respond quickly. Support is very responsive, which makes it easy for teams to get to grips with the solution.
