We have been using Polar Analytics app for several months now and we are very impressed with its capabilities and the expert CSM team. The app provides powerful features that allow us to track and analyze accurate data in one place. Moreover, the interface is user friendly making it easy to navigate.

I have tried many connectors and data tools - such as Klipfolio, Supermetrics, Power My Analytics, GDS, ... - and for our Shopify stores this is by far the best and easiest way to collect data and get insights. Polar Analytics include very powerful dashboards and KPIs with amazing flexibility. We also use Google Data Studio for channel data and attribution models. But Polar is best for custom reports and daily KPI monitoring. Easy for anyone in the organisation to use, and yet powerful enough to satisfy the most data hungry person as well. Call me a big fan!

Polar Analytics is the best and easiest-to-use analytics app I've found on Shopify. They come pre-loaded with key marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS and Spend) that we're looking for, and have easily customizable dashboards and reports. Their support has been super helpful as well - if I do not know how to create something, they help right away.
