Polar Analytics

Polar est une appli vraiment intéressante. Ce qui fait son point fort, c'est la personnalisation. Polar permet de créer des dashboards et des KPI spécifique très facilement. De plus, leur SAV est très réactif et directement sur slack.

Polar Analytics is the best and easiest-to-use analytics app I've found on Shopify. They come pre-loaded with key marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS and Spend) that we're looking for, and have easily customizable dashboards and reports. Their support has been super helpful as well - if I do not know how to create something, they help right away.

With online sales, stores, b2b, recurring business our marketing reporting was a nightmare. After spending $1000+ in Data Studio Connectors and data viz freelancing we found Polar that made our marketing decision much easier. Great customer support and customization for an affordable price

We are an e-commerce startup and do not have resources to build a BI from scratch.

I found Polar in the App store and all it took to get a full BI was to connect the data sources via few clicks.

We wanted to add CAC per country, which was not in Polar, so I reached out to the customer support. I was invited to a call with Abby and Charbel and they figured out a way to do it right on the call. This is why I am writing this review, since they they really went above a beyond to solve our use case.

Our company started using Polar as a trial, after uploading and converting data we quickly saw the benefit in using the one stop location for all data and advertising spend information.

You do need to spend some time diving into its depths to get a true fully integrated experience but it is so worth it. Not only is it the most user friends data integration out there, its also visually the most appealing.

Fantastic App, installed on 3 of my stores so far and will be using on any future developments. Support is fantastic and quick to offer assistance. Would recommend without hesitation.

Switched over to Polar Analytics a few months ago. Before we were using Triple Whale. Polar has been great -- it gives me the same data as Triple Whale plus a lot more. The customer support from Abby has been excellent as well. Highly recommend.

Great experience to use it and very straight forward as data driven for all eCommerce store. You can reach them from time to time and won't feel bored as you will see the value with them.

It comprehensively syncs our performance marketing data and showcases it in such a simple to understand and use way. Polar Analytics is multiple-times-a-day tool for us at Golden Ratio, and I highly recommend!
